How to cancel the order?
The request for cancellation must have the order ID. Requests must be submitted by e-mail only from Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm, excluding holidays recognised as public holidays in Poland.
While we might help you with answering your questions via phone, we always need written confirmation of your cancellation through email. This is for your own security and comfort.
Be aware that once the order is shipped, we will not refund any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. An order that has already been dispatched cannot be cancelled without incurring costs. However, in such case, for an additional charge the delivery address can be changed (depending on the location and distance between the primary delivery point and the new one). Otherwise, the client placing an order shall bear the full product transport and return costs to our warehouse.
Return Policy – step by step guide
In order to make our Return Policy easy to understand, we have prepared a full guide detailing the process. If any part of this guide is unclear, please contact us and we will assist you.
- Once you have ordered our product(s), by our company terms and conditions, the right of return is within 5 calendar days upon receiving the delivery. After this period, this right expires, and we cannot accept any returns.
- We will not accept the return of our product(s) if the resale value is breached. This happens if:
- the product was used — unless both sides agreed to demonstration, in which case the odometer can show up to 3 miles (5 km). We will not accept return if it shows more;
- the product was damaged in any way;
- the product is incomplete (for example, missing keys or papers).
3. Veleco Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to charge customer for repair or replacement of any product(s).
4. If you are within the right to return the product, you must send us photos first. The photos are proof of the state the goods are in. What we may need from you, are:
- photos of the product(s) from all sides in good quality (all four sides);
- photo of odometer showing how many miles / kilometres were driven.
5. Based on your photos, Veleco Customer Service will determine, if the product is eligible for return.
6. If the state of the product(s) was approved on our part, you have to return it to our warehouse on your own. By doing so, you take full responsibility for the state it arrives in as the state of the product(s) is verified at our warehouse. This might prevent you from getting your money back if the product(s) was damaged. Once the item will be delviered back to our Warehouse and approved, money gets returned in next 5 business days in the same way the customer paid orginally, or in the form of an unlimited, one-off discount voucher for the amount of the purchase.
7. In the case that the photos you have sent to us do not in any way match the state of product(s) on pick-up day, the return can be denied at our warehouse. We advise to keep the goods safe and unused in a secure place.
8. The return must include: the charger, both sets of keys and all delivery documents. Any accessories aren’t eligible for return if they were opened and used.
